Over 20 years of handyman, project managing, and contracting experience; Retired from corporate, career transition, construction management and consulting careers; now limiting work to 15-25 hours per week. I will help you plan your home project, coordinate with your broker if selling or buying a home, and I complete interior and exterior house maintenance, repairs and remodeling, painting, lawn maintenance, house inspection punch-lists, and more. No roof or ladder work. I can also plan and supervise larger projects.
Service Charges:
Free consultation; then, one-time fee of $40 per job plus $25/hr. and material costs. Services payable upon completion. Some projects may require a deposit. Payments can be made with cash, money order, check, or credit card through PayPal; Add 5% if paying by PayPal, other discounts may apply.]
